NoFrost freezer with fan assisted, forced air cooling and hot gas defrosting to maintain optimal, long-term food and product quality.
- High-performance forced-air cooling system: Rapidly freezes products and maintains a uniform temperature
- Energy-efficient hot-gas defrost system:
- Defrost less often: Defrost cycles based on the compressor run-time to virtually eliminate defrosting
- Defrost faster: Reduce frost time from ∼30 min. to only 10, minimizing temperature increase
